What if their struggle is the best thing that ever happened to you?
Because it’s the moment that finally made you stop.
Stop over-functioning. Stop spiraling. Stop disappearing inside a role that no longer works for you.
Because here’s the quiet truth:
Your child’s struggle is a mirror. Their resistance, their stuckness, their chaos is reflecting something deeper back to you.
It's a sign that it’s time for your mothering - and your identity - to evolve.
What you’re going through isn’t weird, shameful, or a personal failure.
It’s a normal part of the motherhood journey that nobody talks about.
Just like menopause, Motherance is a liminal phase - a transition from one identity into another.
You’ve spent decades putting others first, managing everything, and measuring your worth by how needed you are.
Now, your system - your soul - is saying:
“It’s time to come back to me.”
This is your time. To reorient. To reset. To step into the woman you've become as a result of being a Mom.
The truth no-one really talks about....
Most midlife mothers are navigating a quiet crisis...
They might not call it that—but it is.
It’s the moment in life when all the external roles you've mastered - mother, wife, fixer, keeper of the emotional peace - start to crack. Not because you failed, but because your soul is evolving beyond them.
Why does this happen?
Because midlife is not a plateau, it’s a portal to the next version of you.
You’ve completed one of the most intense human phases possible - that of nurturing others through their survival.
Your nervous system has been on high-alert for decades. Your identity has been wrapped in usefulness, sacrifice and performance. Andf you’ve played the part brilliantly.
But now your biology is shifting. Your hormones are recalibrating.
Your energy is demanding new outlets, and your soul is no longer satisfied being on the backburner.
Your system is saying:
“You’ve carried everyone else. Now it’s time to carry yourself.”
It’s not a breakdown—it’s a soul-level invitation.
To ask: Who am I, when I’m no longer who I had to be for everyone else?
That’s why so many midlife women feel like they’re losing it.
Because they are! They’re losing the version of themselves that was built to serve others.
And what’s being born instead… is the truest version of them yet.
Are you ready to meet the new you?
She knows what she wants, says what she means, leads with unconditional love, protects her peace, and builds a life that feels as good on the inside as it looks from the outside.
The Motherance Clarity Call is your first step on this journey.

What is The Motherance Clarity Call?
This is a complimentary guided online or in-person session where we gently and honestly:
-
Get to the root of any tension between you and your adult child.
-
Help you identify what you actually need now - not just as a parent, but as a woman who is entering a new phase of life.
-
Reveal a new perspective on motherhood that feels emotionally rewarding, not draining.
-
Look at the issues affecting your child and how you can empower them to help themselves peacfully.
You'll be invited to reflect on a series of questions and to respond on a scale of 1 - 10.
This is not an advice session, it's a process for raising awareness.
These questions are designed to guide you towards clarity, strength, and insight that are already within you, so you can lead your family from a place of calm, grounded, heartfelt authority, not anxious despair.
And it isn’t guesswork!
This unique approach is grounded in Neuroscience, Child Development theory and our innate Human Design, as well as my deep personal and client experience.
What you will get
You’ll walk away with more than just clarity—you’ll leave feeling lighter, seen, and equipped.
You’ll receive meaningful insight into your current connection with your child, why things feel the way they do and how yours and your child's unique design can guide you in understanding their experience and approach to life.
You'll uncover patterns you may not have realised were shaping your relationship, and receive personalised guidance on how to move forward in a way that honours and empowers you both.
This session is for you if:
-
You’re a strong, capable woman but parenting your child is a challenge.
-
Your child is struggling, pulling away from you, dropping out, angry, anxious or 'failing at life', and nothing you’ve tried has gotten through.
-
You’re not sure what to say or do; but also can't bear to stand by and do nothing.
-
You're navigating mixed emotions of concern, regret, resentment, despair and a sense of failure.
About Me
I’m a mom-of-four and a daughter in a long line of beautifully complicated mother-child dynamics.
I know firsthand the heartbreak that can come when you can see your child in turmoil, but don't know how to help - and the sense of failure and hopelessness that lives beneath it.
My career began in Corporate Communications and Human Resources - until I followed my heart into Early Childhood Development.
As a founder of a childcare business, a mother, a daughter, and a lifelong observer of human behavior, I’ve spent years immersed in what most people overlook:
Not just how the mother-child bond is formed… but what happens to it when the child grows up.
Most parenting advice stops at adolescence.
But that’s when things actually start to get complicated.
My work is rooted in the space after childhood—
when roles shift, emotions intensify, and the connection between parent and child becomes more layered than ever.
I care about what happens when your child is no longer small… but the emotional weight of motherhood is bigger than ever.
This is the season no one prepares you for. And it’s where I do my most meaningful work.

My coaching blends deep expertise in child development and neuroscience with lived experience - and a broader, more timeless understanding of human growth, relationships, and identity.
It offers mothers a new way to see both their adult child and themselves, with clarity, compassion, and truth.
It’s about recognising the deeper patterns at play - the invisible dynamics that shape connection, conflict, and emotional safety across generations.
I don’t just know the theory. I’ve lived the rupture and walked the path that so many mothers are now finding themselves on.
I know what it takes to reclaim your peace—
not by trying to “fix” your child,
but by finally turning inward… and coming home to yourself.
And I can't wait to take you on this beautiful journey!
One final word...
There are many entry points into Motherance.
It doesn’t always start with a child pulling away. Sometimes it’s the slow fade of your marriage. The identity shift after leaving a job or career. The sudden emptiness in your friendships. The disillusionment you’re feeling with your own parents - finally realising things you were too fearful to question.
Or the moment you realise you’ve built a life around everyone else - and you just can’t do it anymore.
Whether it’s your child, your health, your relationships, or your own quiet unrest that’s activated this chapter… I see you.
This space can feel confusing, raw, and disorienting.
But it’s not the end. It’s a turning point.
And I can help you find your way through it - with clarity, compassion, and tools that work at the level where change really happens.
You are not broken.
You are becoming.
Big love,
Rita x
